April in Puivert is beautiful. The valley is green, and the birds are singing again. To celebrate Spring, we’re lighting the Pizza Oven on our Terrace and serving delicious wood-fired Pizza’s every Friday evening from 17h00 until 20h30.
The menu is simple, and as Pizza should be – soft dough with crispy edges and generous, fresh toppings.
